The branch is supported by our main veterinary hospital in St-Helens, which offers 24-hour emergency care.

If you have an emergency during our opening hours, please phone our team.
We run our own 24-hour emergency service from our Rutland House Veterinary Hospital seven days a week, 365 days a year.
A transport service to the hospital site from our other Albany branch is available, where appropriate.
Useful information:
Car parking is available at the front of the building.
We offer a medication delivery service (within a 10-mile radius), and are able to arrange home visits, in some cases, if suitable.
Our building is easily accessible, but please call our reception team if you would like any assistance entering the building.
Plus, over 60s can get a discount on appointment and medication charges every Thursday.
